CP67 Petrol Start Assist
This device is designed to petrol start, indicated by yellow led, on initial crank to give instant petrol start when engine is cold. The CP67 incorporates several features to assist the installer, for example: -
(i) CP67 incorporates time delay circuit, i.e. Unit will not petrol start after initial startup, for approx, 2 hours after ignition has been turned off.
(ii) CP67 petrol start time can be adjusted by trimpot, anti-clockwise less petrol, to petrol start from 0.2 secs to 4.0 secs.
(iii) CP67 incorporates single relay to suit EFI vehicles with single wire to injectors to save using a separate relay.
Note
a) Start wire (crank) can be linked to 12V gas circuit to provide normal petrol start operation.
b) If multiple relays are required, e.g. EL Falcon & VN, VP, VR Commodore, INJ OUT position can be linked to petrol side of changeover switch to benefit from petrol start feature of CP67. Separate relays must be installed if this option is to be taken.
c) CP67 Features a ‘JUMP’ pin located on right-hand side of terminal block. When in place, this enables petrol start time to be pre-adjusted or petrol start everytime. Remove pin for 2-hour delay.
CP66 Petrol Start Assist
This device has the same operation as the CP99, and also incorporates the same 2-hour delay feature of the CP67
CP99 Petrol Start
This device is a basic petrol start unit providing enrichment for the engine enabling easier starting.
Petrol start time may be adjusted by trimpot, located on side of unit, to petrol start from 0.2 secs, to 4.0 secs
Yellow led indicates petrol start time for easy adjustment.
CP97
Incorporates several features, Changeover switch (Rocker), Safety Switch, One injector cut relay, interfacing relay for dash gauge and Petrol start. Indicator led’s for petrol, gas and safety switch
CP98 Petrol Start Assist
(CP99 Plus Two Injector Cut Relays & Time Delay)
This device is designed to petrol start, indicated by yellow led, on an adjustable time basis. The CP98 unit incorporates several features to assist the installer, for example: -
CP98 petrol start time can be adjusted by trimpot, anti-clockwise less petrol, to petrol start from 0.2 sec to 4.0 secs. Trimpot located on side of unit.
CP98 incorporates two injector ‘cut’ relays to save using separate relays, also saves on extra wiring and installation time.
CP98 specifically suited for two-wire relay application, e.g. VN, VP & VR Commodore, EL – ER Falcon (earth wires)
Unit may also be used in single wire relay application, e.g. EA-ED & EF Falcon, VS Commodore, by leaving INJ2 IN & INJ2 OUT terminals left open. In this circumstance the second set of relay terminals may be used for switching on or off other functions e.g. fuel pump on EFI vehicles (Relay terminal ratings are suitable for most fuel pumps) etc.
CP98 incorporates time delay circuit, i.e. Unit will not petrol start, after initial start up, for approx 2 hours after ignition has been turned off.
Unit features ‘JUMP’ pin located on right hand side of terminal block. When in place enables petrol start to be pre-adjusted or petrol start will occur every time.
CP101 Petrol Start Assist
The CP101 Petrol Start incorporates the same features as the CP99 Petrol Start, and also a single injector cut relay.
CP105 RPM Changeover Petrol Start
This device is designed solely to start on Petrol and change to LPG when RPM increases. The CP105 incorporates several features to assist the installer: -

Adjustment for RPM changeover approximately from 1,500rpm to 2,500rpm depending on the vehicle.

Adjustment for overlap between fuels approximately 0 - 3 secs.
Option of One or Two injector cut relays depending on type of vehicle.
Incorporates Safety Switch.

CP105EF – also available for vehicles such as EF Falcon where
normal CP105 changes at 4,500 rpm.
CP105BA – BA Falcon or vehicles with a very faint pulsing at low revs.\
